This Dry Aged Steak is EPIC!

Who is Angie Mar? And Where is The Beatrice Inn?

Why do I ask these questions?  ...because, this steak looks EPIC!! I can just smell the flavor emit over the Internet. ...and that rib?! That bone just takes me back to my Neanderthal heritage.

What makes this steak different?

It's dry-aged in Jack Daniels whiskey for 160 days.  Having this whiskey-aged steak at The Beatrice Inn (West Village, New York City) is definitely on my bucket list. Road trip to the West Village, anyone?
