This Dry Aged Steak is EPIC!
Angie Mar of The Beatrice Inn may have just raised the bar for dry-aged steaks! It’s dry-aged in Jack Daniels whiskey for 160 days. Having this whiskey-aged steak at The Beatrice Inn (West Village, New York City) is definitely on my bucket list.
